Joseph Resta
Founder | Chief Operating Officer | Managing Partner
Joseph N. Resta is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at RYE Strategies, bringing more than a decade of experience in political digital marketing and strategy. He began his career at the Republican Governors Association and the Republican National Committee before advancing into senior leadership roles at leading political digital firms.
Following his service on the 2017 Presidential Inaugural Committee, Joseph relocated to Texas, where he expanded his digital strategy expertise. Before Co-founding the company, Joseph served as COO at an award-winning digital firm from 2022 to 2026. He is focused on helping clients successfully navigate digital platforms and execute high-performing campaigns.
Andy Yates
Co-Founder | Managing Partner
Andy Yates is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of winning experience in politics and public affairs across the United States. Throughout his career, Andy has consulted with campaigns ranging from President to town council, state parties, legislative caucuses, Fortune 500 companies, issue advocacy groups, and large associations. His areas of expertise include digital advertising, strategic consulting, messaging, and communications.
Most recently, as the Co-Founder of Republican Ads and Public Affairs Partners, Andy has been at the forefront of innovative ad tech solutions. Their work has been recognized by the American Association of Political Consultants with Gold Pollie Awards for Best Ad Tech Innovation, Best Targeting, and Best Use of Mobile Application/Technology.
Two of the highlights of Andy’s career came in 2016, when he served on the team that built and managed the program for the Republican National Convention that nominated President Donald Trump, and then, following the election, when he was part of the team responsible for producing the public events for the Inauguration of President Trump.
Andy's personal contributions to the field have not gone unnoticed, as he has received numerous accolades including the 'Rising Star' award from Campaigns and Elections and being recognized as one of the Top Forty Under Forty in American Politics by the American Association of Political Consultants.
